The Victoria and Albert Museum has samples of wallpapers from The Grange, in Ramsgate, Kent. (see above)
The Grange was originally designed for and by A.W.N. Pugin (1812-52) incorporating one-off designs of floor tiles, stained glass and wallpaper, featuring his personal emblem, a bird.
